Cost Management Consultancy
Project-lifecycle; construction cost management consultancy services including detailed preliminary cost advice, approximate estimates, cost planning of design and viable alternatives, advice on tendering procedures and contractual arrangements, preparation, submission and evaluation of tender documents, evaluation and selection of contractors, valuation of work in progress, interim cost management and final account settlement.

Construction Management
Proactive management and organisation of all aspects of a project including procurement and audit. To include the supervision of bids and tenders for separate packages of construction work, each forming isolated contracts between the Client and an array of works contractors.

Project Management
Co-ordination and management of both the design and project team from inception to completion, encompassing planning, co-ordinating and monitoring of project costs throughout the design and construction phase.
